Gold’s initial career in pornography lasted from 1997 to early 1999. She returned to the industry in 2003 as a contract girl for JM Productions. In Katie's first movie, "More Dirty Debutantes 64", performed with her best friend Shay Sweet; the two continued to work often together. Her second stint in the industry lasted until 2011. On August 10, 2005 she recieved breast implants, which increased her breast cup size from a natural A to D cup.
