Overview
Berlinâs last barrelâorgan player, Otto Steppke, is to receive the âGolden Cylinderâ atop the shining âBerlin Moonâ teleballoon above Alexanderplatz. Piloted oldâstyle by balloon, the gala flight, hosted by the operettaâs Frau Luna, promises Lincke waltzes and Kollos tunes. But Ottoâs daughter, his ex Mrs. Pusebach, and intrepid reporter Telemann conspire (along with fickle love and capricious winds) to upend the hourâlong ascent in wild, music-filled chaos.
