Overview
A port town that prospers through deep-sea fishing for tuna. The incident occurred on the day a fishing boat returned from a long voyage. A woman running a snack bar near the port was attacked and raped. Finally, when the woman tries to see the face of her captor, he punches her in the face, rendering her blind. On another day, a high school girl was also attacked and raped on her way home from school.
