Cane and Lily referee a squabble between Charlie and Mattie. They enjoy an evening as a family and are reminded how lucky they are to have each other. Michael worries that he could go to jail while Carmine is free to attack his family. Meanwhile, Lauren confronts Carmine and demands that he give her Fen’s phone. Avery and Nick find Phyllis at the Gala and rush her to the hospital. Meanwhile, Sharon tells herself that what happened to Phyllis was an accident. Later, Noah goes to see Sharon and tells her about Phyllis. Dr. Costner gives Jack, Nick, and Avery important news about Phyllis.
