What will professionals do with a million? Everyone, as one, answers - will open the restaurant. To prepare the heroes for such a serious step, the judges launched a long-known competition - to build their own institution from concept to dishes. Participants made repairs, bought utensils, learned to be competent waiters and, of course, prepared a menu from six positions: two snacks, two main dishes and two desserts. Someone rejoiced at such an adventure: "This is your restaurant!" And others were not jokingly alarmed. The referees fueled the excitement even more - the losing team wore black aprons.
