While Kali prepares the arrows, Damodar runs away with one. Rose sends a message to Laxmi Bai asking her to surrender. Armed with her people's support, Laxmi Bai declares war at sunrise. Damodar sees Rao Dulhajo standing on his two legs. Rao Dulhajo threatens Damodar. Damodar breaks the telex machine. Unable to communicate with Rose, Rao Dulhajo gets restless.
