Overview

Vengeful and greedy, Adèle’s grandson hires deadbeat private detective Wilfried to track down his grandmother’s wealth. Newly enriched, Alphonse wants to treat his wife to the lavish life they always dreamed of, but Jacques feels the money is rightfully his and makes off with it. We learn Alphonse’s mother was forced to abandon the family under duress.
