Overview

When cutting-edge surveillance technology fails to catch a thief in the act, Ed must rely on good ol' human ingenuity to crack the case. Elsewhere, Mary (Nikki Cox) and Mike (James Lesure) intervene when a cheating husband is caught red-handed.
