The young couple Emma and Felix move into a dilapidated property. They only learn that the place is haunted when Emma suffers a near-fatal electric shock. Emma unexpectedly inherits an old mansion and moves in with Felix, unaware that it is inhabited by ghosts. The ghosts eye the couple curiously – until they learn that their home is to be converted into a hotel. To prevent this, the ghosts plan to drive the new owners away by haunting them. But the two are unimpressed and begin renovating. Emma has a serious accident that almost kills her. When she returns from the hospital, she suddenly sees ghosts!
