Overview

Vet Edward Davies uses food close to home for his menu, collecting the lamb for his starter from a nearby farmer and catching trout locally. As he is prone to panic, he chooses straightforward recipes in an attempt to have a stress-free day. However, his determination to win leads to him adding a savoury cheesecake as an appetiser and he begins to feel the pressure as time flies by
