Overview

Charlie Luxton meets Norfolk couple Melissa and Darren Young, who plan to convert a 19th-century barn into a four-bedroom family home but are facing financing problems. The idea to raise extra money by selling the barn's annex fails when two sets of buyers pull out, and an attempt to auction it fails to realise the minimum amount they need to finish the renovation work
