While she invites him to stay the weekend, Kate's wary that Simon hasn't matured a bit since their wild but tumultuous parting 20 years earlier. Though he quickly proves her right, it is exactly that impulsive and care-free spirit that allows Simon to endear himself to everyone he meetsâ€”even Kate's two children.
