Overview

Mark Chapman reviews the day's Premier League action, including Sheffield United v Leeds United at Bramall Lane and Manchester City v Leicester City at Etihad Stadium. Leeds are making a long-awaited return to top-flight football and will be looking to emulate their local rivals, who finished in ninth place last term. The Citizens prevailed 3-1 when they met Leicester here last season, but their opponents pushed them for second place for much of the campaign before fading to fifth after the restart. Plus, Tottenham Hotspur v Newcastle United, West Ham United v Wolverhampton Wanderers and a round-up of yesterday's goals.
