The France Association of Chefs has awarded YEE the World Blue Star Chef Award 2011, making her the first Chinese to win the prestigious award. UNCLE KAU suggests throwing a big party in celebration of his as well as the anniversary of his hotel. He assigns HON to take charge of the preparation.
