Overview

Lorraine loves her long-time family home that backs onto a park, even though it’s an awkward layout and falling apart. But with the last of their four kids about to move out, Geoff is ready for a fresh start in a new house that doesn’t have him playing handyman every weekend. Can Jillian convince Geoff to stay in his starter home with a beautiful, redesigned main floor and updated kitchen, or can Todd come through with that perfect new place to inspire Lorraine to pack up for greener pastures?
