Orpheus & Eurydice

Overview

Orpheus, son of Calliope the muse, fell in love with Eurydice the moment he set eyes on her. His love for her was so strong that when she perished from a poisonous snake bite, Orpheus traveled down to the realm of Hades to plead for her return. His music softened the heart of Hades' wife Persephone, but before Orpheus and Eurydice can walk out into the sunlight, Hades has one more trick to play.
